- Payment data: billing information processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card number.

- Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent, referring URLs, and browser/device type.
- Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamps.

C. Review Data from Third-Party Platforms
When you connect a business location, we fetch publicly available review data from platforms such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook solely to display it in your dashboard. We do not sell, share, or use this review content for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

We use the information we collect to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Process payments and send billing-related communications.
- Send transactional emails (e.g., password resets, plan confirmations).
- Send product updates and promotional emails — you may opt out at any time.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it longer by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes, retained for up to 7 years).
Review data fetched from third-party platforms is retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted upon account closure.
